We see the exploding workforce demand for DevOps/SRE and Infrastructure Computing engineers as a unique opportunity to build talent pipelines from underserved communities as a gateway to economic equality.

The Kura Approach
We provide valuable “hands-on“ immersive training, led by industry experts, in building solutions to real-world commercial challenges in automated code deployment, optimizing micro-services, and configuring serverless architectures and infrastructure as code.

Employer Partnerships
The future of high-skilled technical employment will rely on greater synergies between employers and educational institutions, particularly in underserved communities, and partnerships in cloud computing workforce development present a critical gateway for 21st-century employment.
This program includes:
- Program Start Date: Cohort 2 begins the week of July 2022
- Program End Date: January 2023
- Program Critera High School graduates, Undergraduates (with a preference for college seniors), Recent college graduates from 2 & 4-year colleges, and continuing ed programs. We are open to all majors located in the US
- Income Requirements < 30k
- Program Skills Learned DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Computing, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, AWS, Linux, Python
